We started as a full service advertising and marketing company in 1988. We began building web pages for our marketing clients in 1997.

What areas do you serve?
In order to give you personal service, we concentrate on Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana. We service business large and small, as well as organizations and non-profit services. We are able and willing to serve you anywhere in the US provided you agree to work via phone, fax, and email.

What will my site look like?
Almost anyway you want it to, but not necessarily like anyone else’s. Remember, we build custom sites designed specifically for your needs. We’re always wide open to your ideas, and believe that your site should closely match the personality of your business or organization.

How Does Your Web Design Process Work?
Our mission is to build the best and most cost effective website for your business. A professionally-built website can promote your products and services, enhance your image and generate sales. With that in mind, we will carefully research your business needs and plan a strategy to create the ideal web solution.

Initial Consultation
All our services begin with a free initial consultation to find our exactly what you need. Our experienced marketing experts work with you to determine your needs. The consultation step is very important because we are committed to providing you with solutions that will work for you, not for us!

Payments
After the free initial consultation and before we begin any design work, we require a 50% deposit to begin your work. After we sign the agreements, we start the actual design process.

1. A navigational plan of your site that gives you an outline of what pages will be in your site and how they link to one another.

2. An artwork sample of what your home page will look like. All other pages will follow the basic artwork form of this sample.

What if we don’t like one or both of the initial design elements?
Then we get your feedback, and come back with new design(s) until you are completely satisfied.

Collecting Your Content
You provide us with the text and contents for your website and any specific pictures you would like. We can provide artwork and photos for you at an optional cost.

Design Selection & Finalization
Once you approve the web navigation layout and graphic design, we start building your site. It is vitally important here that you provide us with the text, photos, and contents for your website. Most delays in constructing websites occur while we wait for the material we need to build your site.

Pre-launch Evaluation
After the site is built, you will be able to view it on line to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. This is your last chance to submit any changes in copy text, photos, or videos before the site goes live.

Launching Your Website
After final approval and payment has been received; your website will be launched on your domain, and will then become available world-wide.

What kind of warranty to do you offer?
Once your site becomes live, you have thirty days to make minor changes and corrections to your site. Navigational and software coding is warranted for three years. If your video stops playing or database develops a problem, we’ll fix it for you free within this period.

Ongoing Support
After your website is launched, we will not abandon you. In fact, we will work with you to establish a regular review and maintenance schedule of your web site, user feedback, system upgrades and any new emerging web technologies. Most of our clients make some changes to their website every year, and completely remodel their sites ever three to five years. We’ll be here to help you as your business grows and evolves.

What is your typical turn-around period?
We will work together with you to complete the Web Design Project in a timely manner. Typically the whole process to finish a 10 page website takes about 2-3 Weeks and a 20 page website about 4-5 Weeks. Always remember that we can only work as fast as you allow us; turn-around time is client dependent. If content is provided sooner, initial and ongoing instructions are clear, and revisions requested are reasonable, turn around time is quick.

How can we pay to get started?
We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Can you host our website and register our domain name?
Yes. We charge $29.95 for most monthly hosting. This program usually has enough resources to handle typical sites. In some cases, you may need higher-capacity hosting that will cost more. Domain names are $30/year. We will manage your domain name to ensure it is renewed on time each year.

Do I have to host with you?
Not unless you choose one of our packages that includes web hosting for a limited time period. But hosting with us is a great advantage. You don’t have to worry about any technical aspects of managing your hosting account and the servers - we do it all for you. If there is a problem, you call and talk with us, and we’ll handle it from there.

Can I use my existing website address if I host with you?
Yes, we can easily help you retain your old domain name on our servers or register a new one for you.

Where are you located?
Our office is in Dawson’s Creek Professional Village on the north side of Fort Wayne, IN.

I don’t live near Fort Wayne, can I still work with you?
Sure. We can usually work well via phone or email. Because of the distance, we cannot offer our low-cost video programs, unless you already have video you would like to incorporate into your site, or want to arrange for video to be shot by a local company.  The raw footage can be sent to us for editing.

Can you create a logo to go with our web site?
As a full service advertising agency, we’ve designed logos for several area businesses. Logo prices usually start at $250.

Can you help us get listed in Search Engines?
When you host with us, we submit your site to search engines at no extra cost, and will work with you in the future to make sure your website is search-engine friendly.

Can I call any of your clients and ask about their experience with you?
Sure. Remember, they are busy people, and may not always have the time to get right back to you.

I run a small home business; do you work with individuals?
Yes, we work with big and small businesses, corporations, professionals, home business owners, startups and even individuals.

Do you design Adult Web sites?
